Job summary

Accenture is seeking a proactive Contracting Associate Manager to lead sourcing projects within the Source-to-Contract lifecycle. You will guide category strategies, run RFx events, and collaborate with senior stakeholders and suppliers in a hybrid setup based in Mandaluyong.

You will drive AI-enabled procurement, develop marketplace insights, and mentor staff while delivering measurable business value and strategic initiatives across global client programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years combined relevant work experience in Procurement and Global Sourcing.
• Contracting experience is preferred only.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives across the S2C lifecycle, including supplier outreach, RFx events, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Perform financial and commercial analyses of supplier proposals and contracts to inform negotiation strategies.
• Champion AI and digital enablement, embedding enterprise tools into sourcing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor and coach teams, building capability in sourcing execution, stakeholder engagement, AI literacy, procurement best practices.
