Job summary

Helius Technologies in the Philippines is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and procurement activities for ICT and technology categories, manage RFQs/RFPs, contract renewals, and supplier relationships.

You will drive cost savings, governance compliance, and data accuracy, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant procurement, sourcing, contract management or commercial experience.
• Experience in ICT and/or technology procurement is preferred.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, contract administration and supplier management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sourcing and procurement strategies for assigned categories of products and services.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including RFQ/RFP, contract renewals and approvals.
• Prepare procurement documents, evaluation reports and approval papers.
• Support supplier management including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Provide guidance on procurement policies, governance and compliance.
• Monitor contract expiry dates and initiate renewals or replacements as needed.
• Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis to support planning and decision-making.
