RISE in the Philippines is seeking a Head of Procurement with international experience to lead vendor strategy, sourcing, and supplier relationships as the company scales its network and services across the country.

You will build and run a procurement function that supports growth, manage a team of 3 staff, and collaborate with Network Operations, Delivery, IT, and Finance to optimize costs, drive automation, and mitigate supply risks in a fast-changing telecom/infrastructure environment.
