The role includes close collaboration with Planning, Engineering, and Operations to align procurement with demand forecasts and MRP outputs, while ensuring timely material availability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end procurement of direct and indirect materials.
• Ability to source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers locally and internationally.
• Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms and cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement of direct and indirect materials (electronic components, mechanical parts, and equipment).
• Source, evaluate, and onboard qualified local and international suppliers aligned with technical and quality requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
• Develop and maintain long-term supplier relationships to ensure stability and performance.
• Conduct market checks and cost analysis to support strategic sourcing decisions.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to support production schedules and prevent line stoppages.
• Work closely with Planning, Engineering, and Operations teams to align procurement with demand forecasts and MRP outputs.
• Monitor critical materials, long lead-time items, and supply risks; implement mitigation plans.
