Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• 3–5 years of PR, corporate communications or similar experience.
• Proven media relations and PR campaign management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Crisis management and reputation management experience.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organization skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and senior management.
• Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, press releases, and communication plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation and corporate visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and review press releases, media statements, company announcements, and other communication materials.
• Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews, press conferences, and public relations events.
• Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Handle crisis communication and develop strategies to protect the company's reputation.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Social Media, and Management teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Organize and oversee public relations campaigns, corporate events, and promotional activities.
• Prepare reports on PR campaign performance, media exposure, and communication initiatives.
• Lead and manage the public relations team to ensure effective execution of projects and objectives.
