Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, client relations, or a related role.
• Experience managing client accounts, marketing campaigns, or business relationships.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, digital advertising, and campaign management.
• Experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company and client objectives.
• Manage social media, content, digital campaigns, paid advertising, and other online marketing activities.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and content calendars.
• Monitor digital marketing performance and provide regular reports and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs, objectives, concerns, and expectations and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
• Conduct regular client updates, presentations, and campaign discussions.
• Manage client requests, feedback, concerns, and revisions while ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and requirements.
• Monitor account status, deliverables, deadlines, and overall client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, campaigns, partnerships, or business opportunities.
