Job summary

BYD Philippines is seeking a seasoned PR leader to oversee corporate and product communications as well as CSR initiatives. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external partners to align strategies with department and company goals.

You will establish media relationships across motoring, lifestyle, and influencer segments, while developing timely PR programs, SOPs, and KPI-driven activities to enhance brand value and ensure compliant execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall PR activities (corporate, product) and/or CSR initiatives.
• Manage and collaborate with internal and external business units and partners to support department and company-wide objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with media partners in motoring, lifestyle, KOLs, and customers.
• Conceptualize, develop, and execute all PR-related activities with proper and timely implementation.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on effective below-the-line executions, adjusting activities based on results.
• Recommend and develop SOPs and policies, ensuring proper and timely compliance.
• Secure and manage KPIs to achieve overall brand and PR values.
• Ensure necessary support is provided to internal and external business partners.
• Oversee activities within approved budgets unless otherwise authorized by management.
• Supervise PR and Communications team members, providing guidance and support for effective and timely project execution.
• Report directly to the Head of Department to align strategies prior to execution.
