Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven track record leading teams.
• Direct line-management experience required.
• Experience leading a team of at least 3 direct reports.
• PR agency background required; client-side or digital-only backgrounds disqualified.
• Dual mastery in strategic Public Relations and high-stakes PR executions.
• Established networks with traditional media and KOLs/influencers.
• Strong executive presence to interface with C-suite clients.
• Experience managing PR suppliers and AV vendors.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours for agency environment.
• Proven continuity and capacity for intensive, multi-year commitments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR strategies and communication plans aligned with client objectives.
• Translate briefs and brand messages into compelling PR campaigns across platforms.
• Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution for timely delivery.
• Source influencers, KOLs, and media contacts to amplify messaging.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, media outlets, and KOLs.
• Create clear content guides reflecting brand tone and messaging.
• Write, edit, and review press releases, pitches, captions, and copy.
• Supervise and track PR efforts, including social content and media pickups.
• Define and monitor campaign KPIs; ensure data-driven results.
• Manage PR team, delegate responsibilities, ensure output quality.
