Responsibilities include managing internal communications, media relations, CSR programs, crisis response, leadership content, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, PR, or related field.
• At least 5 years of corporate communications, PR, or hospitality marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in crisis communication and media handling.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and lead a lean team.
• Strategic thinking aligned to business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee internal communications strategies and newsletters.
• Manage press releases, media relations, and event coverage.
• Support operations with clear guidance on promotions and transactions.
• Establish relationships with government bodies and industry groups.
• Design CSR programs aligned with company values and community needs.
• Lead crisis communication response for reputational risks.
• Prepare speeches, presentations, and digital content for leadership.
• Ensure communications comply with Philippine labor and hospitality regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations and Legal teams.
