Job summary

Bosch Philippines seeks a proactive Corporate Communications professional to shape brand messaging, manage content, events, and internal/external communications across the Philippines.

The role spans government relations, executive communications, and collaboration with regional teams. Requires 4–6 years in corporate or government affairs, strong English communication, and the ability to work across organizational boundaries.

Qualifications

• Degree in communications, business management, marketing, public affairs, law or similar.
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate communications, corporate affairs or government affairs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Self-driven and highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work effectively with teams across organizational and functional boundaries.
• Integrity and respect in performance of duties.
• Strong interpersonal skills with good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand and corporate communications activities in the Philippines, including write-ups, design materials, press releases, blog posts, social media, events, and intranet content.
• Work closely with business units to create content and support brand and marketing activities.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Serve as contact point for regional communications team.
• Establish and represent Bosch's interests with external stakeholders in government relations.
• Coordinate and support government affairs projects and regional coordination.
• Prepare presentation materials and support executive meetings and leadership engagements.
