Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years in project/program/portfolio management or PMO roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integrated portfolio of projects, programs and major initiatives.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues and deliverables.
• Support prioritization, resource allocation and portfolio decisions.
• Establish governance, reporting, monitoring and control systems.
• Prepare portfolio dashboards and executive materials for Senior Management.
