Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in mining, dredging, shipping or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement and contract administration.
• Familiarity with HSEQ management systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, execute, monitor, and close projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, procurement, logistics, marine and construction.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, implement corrective actions to control delays and costs.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Oversee contractor performance and manage procurement activities.
• Prepare and present status reports to senior management and clients.
• Conduct project meetings, track KPIs, and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate permitting, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder engagement.
