Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a senior product/portfolio manager to define product strategy and develop a roadmap aligned with company goals and user needs.

You will own the product lifecycle from planning to profitability, coordinating with Product Development, Marketing, and Sales. You will validate demand forecasts, manage P&L, and drive programs to generate demand for the assigned portfolio, while assessing market competition and ensuring revenue recognition with Finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product/portfolio management experience in telecom, business apps, or data analytics.
• Strong financial or business acumen including profit & loss analysis and business case forecasting.
• Ability to map complex cross-departmental processes and identify gaps.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for executives and clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute products across the lifecycle after turnover from Product Development.
• Ensure profitability and monitor performance of products in the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop programs to generate demand for products.
• Support Sales to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Define challenges in the portfolio and identify development needs.
• Coordinate with Product Development and Revenue teams to ensure proper revenue recognition.
