You will lead the annual planning cycle, align inputs from Finance, HR, ePMO and BU leaders, and track initiatives from execution to results, ensuring milestones stay on track. The role requires 8–10 years of experience in corporate planning or strategy, strong KPI/OKR discipline, and BI tools expertise.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in corporate planning, performance management, or strategy roles in large, matrixed orgs.
• Experience supporting enterprise‑wide planning cycles and annual planning coordination.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into measurable performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize corporate strategy into actionable plans across business groups.
• Lead the annual corporate visioning and enterprise planning cycle.
• Coordinate planning inputs across Corporate Planning, Finance, HR, ePMO, and BUs.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Network groups to develop 3–5‑year BU strategies.
• Monitor initiatives at program level and address bottlenecks during execution.
