Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process daily attendance, overtime, and leave records for payroll computation.
• Update employee information, such as new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Compute and process monthly salaries, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and benefits.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant departments.
• Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and bank transfers.
• Ensure all statutory contributions (taxes, social security, and other deductions) are calculated and submitted accurately.
• Prepare and file quarterly payroll reports for tax authorities and regulatory compliance.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and review payroll-related expenses with Finance.
• Conduct internal audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
