Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least two years relevant work experience in financial services and/or insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies to generate qualified leads and builds relationships to convert them into customers.
• Monitors and ensures timely renewal of assigned accounts.
• Expands existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Researches market trends and recommends product enhancements to Branch Head.
• Negotiates payment terms and manages receivables per guidelines.
• Manages and maximizes overall relationship with customers and/or partners.
• Facilitates accounts servicing transactions in accordance with SLAs.
