Power Mac Center in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, seeks an experienced Organisational Development and Workforce Planning Manager to lead strategic HR initiatives. You will design workforce plans, organisations structures, and development programs to align with business goals and ensure the right talent is in place.

Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will drive analytics, KPI reporting, and change management to support organisational transitions while ensuring compliance with employment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Organisational Psychology or related field; Advanced qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in organisational development, workforce planning, or strategic HR roles within a mid to large-sized organisation.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies and conducting organisational assessments.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, succession planning, and employee development methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with organisational restructuring, change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in HR analytics, data interpretation and HRIS systems.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive workforce planning strategies that align with organisational goals and anticipate future talent requirements across all departments
• Conduct organisational assessments to identify structural improvements, efficiency opportunities and gaps in capabilities or capacity
• Design and oversee organisational restructuring initiatives, including role definition, reporting line adjustments and process optimisation
• Lead succession planning programmes to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership and critical roles
• Conduct workforce analytics and provide data-driven insights to inform HR strategy and business decision-making
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for organisational development initiatives and report progress to senior management
• Champion change management programmes and support employees through organisational transitions
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and best practices in workforce planning and organisational development
