Job summary

Citi in Manila is seeking a senior Operations Support Group Manager to lead a team within the Operations - Core function. The role aims to deliver seamless operations support aligned with Citi processes and controls.

Responsibilities include designing efficient processes, monitoring SLAs, managing risk and compliance, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in operations or finance with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in operations or similar roles.
• Licensing/Registration: Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, Series 24, Series 63
• Experience in management position related to Operations
• Experience in Finance or Banking
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Design, oversee, and evaluate operative strategies to have efficient processes, improve the customer experience, and reduce losses to the institution
• Review processes, procedures, strategy changes, and capacity plans to ensure productivity, inventory control, and turnaround time according to SLAs
• Oversee policies and procedures to ensure operations run within the highest quality standards, Fraud and Regulatory Risks are minimized
• Develop proposals for initiatives and communicate progress to senior leadership
• Provide judgments based on analysis of facts from diverse sources in dynamic situations
• Negotiate internally and communicate management reports to senior management with next steps
• Participate in improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities with senior directors and communicate conclusions to senior management
• Assess risk when making business decisions, supporting Citi policy and compliance, and escalate as needed
