Job summary

The Citco Group Limited, a global leader in fund administration, is seeking a motivated leader to supervise Global Operations Support in Manila. You will guide staff, ensure accurate processing, and drive performance through robust reporting and data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities include SLAs, risk assessment, collaboration with teams in Toronto, Dublin, and Manila, and delivering a seamless investor servicing experience for hedge funds and fund of funds clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field.
• 4+ years in Financial Services, preferably Investor Relations and/or Client Service.
• 3+ years managing staff.
• Knowledge of hedge funds and/or fund of funds.
• Knowledge of compliance and AML policies.
• 6+ years in Financial Services with Transfer Agency functions.
• Strong understanding of AML requirements and fraud prevention.
• Experience with databases and dashboards to inform decisions.
• Experience using analytics to drive growth and revenue.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple processes, people and projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Global Operations Support staff and coordinate training.
• Monitor transaction accuracy and adherence to controls.
• Develop and monitor service level agreements.
• Lead as subject matter expert for the department and mentor staff.
• Oversee daily operations and guide teams to meet department goals.
• Create and maintain reporting, data automation, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy and robust reporting policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues across locations to deliver global service.
