Job summary

York Hamilton Corporate Partners is seeking a Strategic Operations & Growth Manager to lead offshore operations for an Australian-based international freight forwarding and logistics business.

You will work directly with the Founder to establish and grow a dedicated offshore hub, driving operational excellence, customer-focused service, and scalable processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within international freight forwarding and logistics.
• Solid understanding of freight operations including FCL, LCL, and air freight.
• Exposure to Australian freight forwarding, customs, and quarantine compliance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience preparing freight quotations and supporting commercial discussions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily international freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
