Nexlence in the Philippines is seeking a country leader to develop and execute the local strategy in line with the global plan. You will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance while building a high-performing management team.

The role requires leading business development, sales, and delivery of new client engagements, monitoring market trends, and benchmarking risks and opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Management, or related field.
• 10+ BPO experience and 5+ leadership experience.
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that directly contributed to pipeline growth and revenue.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and decision-making approach.
• High adaptability and cultural sensitivity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English, Chinese language skill is plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the country strategy in alignment of corporate global strategy.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance according to local regulations.
• Leading a management team to build a high-performing team.
• Acts as a business leader in the development, sales, and delivery of new business with new clients, monitor market trends and benchmarking to identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure full compliance with local laws and corporate regulations.
• Work closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and business success.
• Promote company reputation in the local market, and build corporate values and culture locally based.
