Job summary

PearTree Securities is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner (Offshore) to optimize planning across purchasing, inbound logistics, and inventory management, ensuring availability and service performance. You will work with international suppliers and freight partners to maintain supply continuity and drive improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process standardisation, and proactive risk management in a dynamic offshore environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in supply chain planning, purchasing, inventory planning, or supply operations.
• Experience with international suppliers and offshore operations preferred.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• APICS/CSCP/CPIM qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end supply planning execution to maintain product availability and inventory performance.
• Raise, maintain, and manage purchase orders across full order lifecycle.
• Monitor supplier order confirmations and ensure alignment to delivery schedules.
• Coordinate inbound logistics and tracking of shipments through final receipt.
• Maintain ERP master data and ensure data accuracy for planning.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting tools.
• Support S&OP preparation, forecast maintenance, and scenario planning.
• Identify supply risks and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Operations, and Procurement.
