Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership, on behalf of our client, seeks an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager in the Philippines to oversee end-to-end planning across SEA operations and beyond. The role focuses on upstream raw material planning and downstream demand planning to optimize production output, working with design engineering, production, and logistics to align with forecast accuracy and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years in end-to-end SCM in chemicals manufacturing.
• Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and deliver solutions.
• Strong hands-on SCM planning expertise and process improvement.
• Excellent communication to drive changes with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream raw material planning and downstream supply and demand planning to optimize production.
• Collaborate with design engineering, production, and logistics to ensure readiness and meet forecast accuracy.
• Develop improved processes via root-cause analysis to support on-time manufacturing.
