Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, and the Grab Financial Group Payments Team seeks an Off-Platform Payment Operations Manager to drive high-visibility payment strategies and commercial execution across the ecosystem.

You will connect payments with fleets, merchants, and off-platform acquiring, leading end-to-end operations, governance, and automation to ensure reliable, scalable payment programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in payments, fintech, acquiring, banking, transport, mobility, or related industries.
• 5+ years spanning strategy, commercial management, business operations, product operations, fleet operations, or program management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort navigating fast-paced environments, ambiguity, and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute payment strategies aligned with business priorities and monetization goals.
• Oversee end-to-end payment operations, including settlement, reconciliation, and service reliability with banks and providers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across payments, fleet, and merchant partnerships.
• Design governance routines and escalation mechanisms for operational excellence.
