The Off-Platform Payment Operations Manager will lead high-visibility payment strategies, commercial execution, and payment collection operations, connecting payments with fleets, merchants, and acquiring opportunities to enable reliable, scalable execution across Grab's ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in payments/fintech or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years spanning strategy, commercial management, business operations, product operations, fleet operations, or program management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute payment strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Translate objectives into business cases and measurable outcomes.
• Prepare performance reviews and materials for executive leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end payment operations, revenue, costs, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Evaluate partner economics and negotiate terms to improve value.
• Collaborate with Finance/Operations to improve collections and governance.
• Link payment flows with transport realities for fleet initiatives.
• Lead readiness and rollout for new fleet or payment programs.
• Identify gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive resolutions.
• Design and implement process automation to reduce manual work.
