Responsibilities

• Contact third parties involved in motor vehicle or property claims to obtain information and determine liability.
• Recognize credit risks and escalate as needed.
• Develop efficient recovery strategies within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain professional relationships with insurance and commercial clients to obtain approvals.
• Deliver customer-focused solutions to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Promote understanding of client service offerings and act on client needs.
• Represent the client professionally to recover monies and meet financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and applicable laws.
