Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd is seeking a Claims Recovery Support professional in the Philippines.

The role focuses on resolving recovery of claims and meeting recovery targets while engaging with policyholders daily to gather information and assist in submitting claims to third parties. The candidate should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree related to insurance and have at least 1 year of claims recovery or customer service experience, with strong communication, analytical, and negotiation

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Insurance or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of insurance claims recovery or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in resolving recovery of claims and meet recovery targets.
• Contact and engage with policyholders daily to gather information and assist in claim submission to third party.
• Use sound communication to persuade policyholders to proceed with claim recovery.
• Ensure SOPs are met when handling outbound and inbound calls with policyholders and financial representatives.
• Ensure proper tracking and documentation of calls activities and outcomes.
• Take accountability for regulatory compliance risks and mitigate them.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies.
• Highlight any potential concerns or risks and share best risk management practices.
