Job summary

Littelfuse Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Master Scheduler to create and manage production schedules that align demand, materials, inventory, and capacity.

You will work closely with Demand Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure on-time manufacturing and delivery. The role requires analyzing capacity and constraints, coordinating solutions to bottlenecks, monitoring performance, and leading scheduling discussions in SIOP and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in production planning, master scheduling, supply chain, SIOP, or manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or JD Edwards.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Master Production Schedule based on demand, forecasts, inventory, materials, and capacity; adjust schedules to meet changing requirements.
• Analyze capacity, labor, equipment, and constraints; identify bottlenecks and maximize capacity.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Materials Planning to ensure materials availability; monitor shortages.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify delays, take corrective actions, and support regular production reviews.
• Participate in SIOP meetings and assess forecast changes; provide planning recommendations.
• Balance inventory with customer needs while reducing excess inventory and stock-out risk.
• Prepare KPI reports on schedule attainment, adherence, OTD, fill rate, and capacity utilization.
• Lead scheduling discussions with cross-functional teams and manage supply risks.
