Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, business administration, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in master scheduling, production planning, or supply chain planning, with lead or senior capacity preferred.
• Proven expertise in developing and managing master production schedules and participating in S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and APS.
• Certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPIM are desirable; ability to lead and communicate under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer delivery requirements and optimize inventory levels.
• Lead the S&OP process with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to translate plans into feasible schedules.
• Analyze demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and historical data to create achievable production plans.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering to resolve shortages and bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes and KPIs such as on-time delivery and inventory turns.
