Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Senior Production Scheduler to align customer demand with capacity and materials. You will coordinate Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Operations to balance supply and demand and meet customer commitments.

The role requires strong analytical skills, system knowledge, and the ability to drive capacity and scheduling improvements in a complex, high-mix manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in production or supply planning.
• Experience in high-mix, high-volume environments.
• Strong understanding of MPS, MRP, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP/IBP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule across sites and product lines.
• Convert forecasts and customer requirements into executable production plans.
• Ensure plans align with capacity, labor, and material readiness; drive corrective actions.
