Job summary

KCC Malls seeks a strategic Master Data & Governance Lead to drive the next phase of our data transformation. You will lead Phase 2 of the STIBO MDM program, focusing on pricing scenarios, location and supplier masters, and weight-based item capabilities, while strengthening governance across the data function.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, requiring collaboration with business owners, IT, Digital and other teams to structure and govern master data for scalable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, business, data management, engineering, supply chain or related field.
5+ years leading master data, data governance, enterprise systems or related data leadership roles.
Proven track record in MDM implementations, governance initiatives or enterprise data transformations.

Responsibilities

Lead a centralized master data function with focus on pricing, location, supplier and weight-based item capabilities.
Drive data quality, governance standards, and procedures across the data organization.
Coordinate with business owners, IT, Digital, Data & Technology, and operations to ensure scalable, governed master data.
