Job summary

Rhenus SE & Co. KG is seeking a Master Data Analyst to independently analyze, maintain, and govern master data across systems. You will coordinate data collection from internal and external stakeholders and ensure accurate setup in the MDM Portal, global TMS, and enterprise applications.

You will leverage Excel and other tools to prepare, analyze, and maintain data quality, drive governance, perform data quality controls, resolve discrepancies, and document processes with SOPs and reports.

Qualifications

• Independent analysis of master data and data governance across systems.
• Coordinate collection, validation, and maintenance of master data from stakeholders.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain data using Excel and other tools with high quality standards.
• Enforce master data governance standards, policies, and business guidelines.
• Perform data quality controls, investigate discrepancies, and drive timely resolution.
• Develop reports, analyses, SOPs, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Independent analysis, maintenance, and correction of master data in relevant systems.
• Coordinate collection, validation, and maintenance of master data from stakeholders for accurate setup in MDM Portal and global TMS.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain data using Excel and other tools ensuring high data quality.
• Enforce master data governance standards and policies to ensure consistency across systems.
• Perform data quality controls, investigate discrepancies, and resolve data issues.
• Develop reports, analyses, SOPs, and process documentation to optimize master data processes.
