Job summary

TASQ is seeking a Business & Integration consultant in SAP Data Management to design and implement strategies transforming buying and sourcing for clients of all sizes. You will learn about and recommend strategies, processes, and technologies, leading client engagements and change initiatives.

You will collaborate across teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and help develop intellectual property while contributing to market offerings and thought leadership in master data management.

Qualifications

• Academic background in business, economics, engineering, law or science.
• Strong consulting skills and personality.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Planning and coordinating of own and/or team's work to meet commitments and quality expectations.
• Strong communication skills with executive presence.
• Experience in consulting or internal project work.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Shape and Deliver Business Transformation Projects
• Run diagnostic and assessment activities, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Execute client engagements such as operating model design and implementation
• Develop new strategies, high-level to-be processes, and organizational designs
• Develop plans to ensure successful implementation of strategies
• Implement process and organizational changes, including change management
• Collaborate with client resources to meet business needs
• Lead the team through problem definition, issue identification, and work plan
• Meet project deadlines by adhering to the project plan
• Build long-term client relationships and manage stakeholder communications
• Support drafting of proposals and practice-building activities
• Contribute to IP development and white papers
• Collaborate with SMEs to extract knowledge and prepare case studies
