Job summary

KCC Malls seeks a strategic Master Data & Governance Lead to drive the next phase of our data transformation. You will lead Phase 2 of the STIBO MDM program, focusing on pricing scenarios, location and supplier masters, and weight-based item capabilities, while strengthening governance across the data function.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in MDM implementations, governance initiatives or enterprise data transformations.

Job description

We are looking for a strong and business-minded Master Data & Governance Lead to drive the next phase of our master data transformation and help establish a high-quality, well-governed centralized data function. This role will play a critical part in leading Phase 2 of our STIBO MDM implementation, with a focus on pricing scenarios, location master, supplier master, and weight-based item capabilities, while also strengthening standards, procedures, and governance across the broader data organization.

This position is both strategic and hands-on. It will require leadership across project delivery, master data design, data quality, governance, team management, and stakeholder alignment. The role will work closely with business owners, IT, Digital, Data & Technology teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure that master data is structured, governed, and managed in a way that supports scalable business operations and future transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Data Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in master data, data governance, enterprise systems, or related data leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading or significantly contributing to MDM implementations, governance initiatives, or enterprise data transformation projects.
• Experience working with complex business domains such as product, supplier, pricing, location, or retail operations.
• Experience managing stakeholders across business and technical functions.
• Experience leading teams or acting as a central point of accountability across delivery and governance workstreams.
• Experience in retail, supply chain, ERP, or similarly operationally intensive environments is highly advantageous.
