Wisefund Finance Corporation Ortigas is seeking a Corporate Planning and Data Analytics professional to drive market intelligence, business introductions, and strategic planning. You will gather and analyze data, build dashboards and reports for executives, and translate senior management directives into actionable plans in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field; Master's degree an advantage
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, strategic research, market intelligence, or data analytics
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management/executives
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• High level of discretion given direct exposure to confidential executive-level information

• Conduct regular market scanning and competitor benchmarking.
• Prepare competitive intelligence reports and SWOT analyses for executive review.
• Monitor industry trends, threats, and emerging opportunities that may affect the company's market position.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and untapped markets.
• Prepare company profiles, proposals, and presentation materials for prospective clients/partners.
• Represent the company in initial business meetings, industry engagements, and networking activities, as directed by the CEO.
• Gather, consolidate, analyze, and interpret business, sales, and market data to support corporate strategic planning.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports (KPIs, sales trends, market share, growth metrics) for executive use.
• Provide data-backed recommendations and forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
• Report findings, insights, and recommendations directly to the President and CEO on a regular basis.
• Support strategic planning sessions, board presentations, and executive decision-making.
• Translate high-level executive directives into actionable plans and monitor implementation.
• Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to align on corporate strategic initiatives without overlapping existing Business Development department functions.
