Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant FP&A, budgeting or advisory experience.
• Hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig with occasional fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitability analysis and identify opportunities to improve revenue and margins.
• Translate business strategies into financial plans, models and recommendations.
• Develop store economics models for expansion and investments.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights on CAPEX/OPEX and investments.
• Provide financial advisory and decision support to senior leaders and BU heads.
• Oversee accounting, reporting processes and financial governance.
