Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and financial aspects of project analysis from data gathering, analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Analyze projected financial statements to determine projects’ viability.
• Identify and interpret marketing, financial trends and economic events affecting development plans.
• Collaborate with departments and external sources to gather data for evaluating projects.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for the Vice President of Business Development and senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards providing actionable insights.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Maintain and improve databases and systems for projects and economic information.
• Implement controls to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of data.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present complex financial information clearly.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, growth opportunities and competitive landscapes.
• Analyze macroeconomic factors and their potential impacts on the business.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to guide strategic planning.
• Work with cross-functional teams including accounting and operations to support FP&A activities.
• Provide financial support for business development initiatives.
• Assist in preparing business cases and financial models for new projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency of financial analysis and reporting.
• Develop and document SOPs for financial processes.
• Stay updated with best practices in financial analysis and reporting and integrate them into the company’s processes.
• Ensure all financial activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Stay current with financial regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as required by the Vice President of Business Development.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations for various strategic initiatives.
• Support the development of financial presentations for board meetings and other executive sessions.
