Solenergy Systems Inc. is seeking a Market Research & Business Development Analyst in Metro Manila who will lead market research on industry trends and competitive dynamics, and support strategic growth plans.

The role also covers high-level BD analytics, client segmentation, and value proposition development. The candidate will prepare reports for senior management, guide BD Analysts, and collaborate across functions on market studies and feasibility analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, market research or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data.
• Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and statistical software for data analysis.
• Experience with financial modeling, cost engineering, and valuation techniques.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multi-project handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead in-depth market research and analysis on industry trends and competitors.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans including market entry and GTM strategies.
• Improve and evaluate business cases with financial modeling and risk assessment.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to support strategic decisions.
• Provide analytical support to BD activities, including segmentation and value propositions.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
• Guide BD Analysts on client relations and process improvements.
• Manage ad-hoc market studies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
