Job summary

NCC Group Philippines is seeking a Management Accountant to join the Finance team in Manila. The role focuses on month-end reporting, business partnering, and improving financial processes for North America, with additional support for Portugal and Germany.

You will work from Taguig City, with two days onsite per week. The ideal candidate holds professional certification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA), has 2+ years post- PQE, and demonstrates strong Excel skills and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Professional certification such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA is highly desirable; educated to degree level.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualified experience.
• Strong knowledge of global financial regulations, accounting principles, and IFRS15.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the financial results for North America, and support smaller finance activities for Portugal and Germany.
• Ensure revenue accounting aligns with applicable standards and is prepared timely.
• Prepare and reconcile cost reporting, accruals, and prepayments.
• Investigate variances and support Commercial Finance in understanding the results.

Education
