Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a Management Accountant to join the Finance team. The role focuses on month-end reporting, business partnering, and continuous improvement of financial processes for North America, with support for Portugal and Germany.

The position requires ownership, independence, and clear communication of financial insights to non-finance stakeholders. The candidate should have professional certifications (ACA/CIMA/ACCA), at least 2 years post-qualification experience, and strong Excel

Qualifications

• Certified professional with ACA/CIMA/ACCA preferred and degree-level education.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of global financial regulations and IFRS principles.
• Proven ability to analyse financial data and communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly North America financial results and support Portugal and Germany activities.
• Ensure revenue accounting compliance with applicable standards and timely reporting.
• Maintain journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity.
• Support year-end audit and drive continuous improvement in processes.
