Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Management Accountant to support strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-making with accurate financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and effective communication of financial information.

Located at Nuvali Sta Rosa Laguna, a Monday-to-Friday schedule with shuttle services is offered. The successful candidate will prepare monthly and annual statements, develop budgets, perform variance analysis, and drive process improvements

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification e.g. CPA/CA preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in management accounting in multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, advanced Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports with accurate and timely reporting of financial data to senior management.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts. Includes variance analysis and adjustment recommendations.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making with insights on cost control, revenue enhancement, and profit improvement.
• Monitor and manage company costs and expenditures and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in financial management to streamline financial reporting and analysis processes to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Assist in internal and external audits as required.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and support business initiatives.
• Support the Manager in all aspects of business operations.
