Job summary

Epiroc is hiring a Junior Analyst in Santa Rosa, Philippines. The role supports the delivery of quality PTP and OTC services for the entities in scope, aligning with the Best Possible Process and the Epiroc Way.

You will process documents, invoices, and payments, and collaborate with suppliers under established guidance. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, good English, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Good command of English language.
• Computer literacy (Excel, etc.).
• Accounting experience (2-3 years) preferred but not required.
• New graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Process daily invoices, credit notes, statements and reminders in the system.
• Prepare payment proposals and book payments when approved.
• Resolve and collaborate with suppliers on queries and open items.
• Support the intercompany payment process and timely escalation of issues to management.
• Ensure processes and tasks are documented and updated in the Instruction Manual.
• Assist in improving efficiency and quality of daily tasks.
• Suggest improvements to standard processes to the process owner.
