Job summary

Epiroc is looking for a Management Accountant in Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines. The role supports strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-making by preparing financial reports and analyses.

You will work in a hybrid setting with strong emphasis on cost control and performance measurement. Ideal candidates have a university degree in Accounting/Finance and 3–5 years of multinational experience, with advanced Excel and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in management accounting in multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, advanced Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports with accurate and timely reporting of financial data to senior management.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, coordinate, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts. Includes variance analysis and adjustment recommendations.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making with insights on cost control, revenue enhancement, and profit improvement.
• Cost Management: Monitor and manage company costs and expenditures and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in financial management to streamline financial reporting and analysis processes to enhance efficiency.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Assist in internal and external audits as required.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and support business initiatives.
• Participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Triple Certification Systems:
• Health and Safety of all employees, customers, and contractors as your first priority per ISO 45001:2018 and RA 11058
• Reducing our impact upon the Environment with ISO 14001:2015
• Consistency in Quality service delivery using ISO 9001:2015
