Tech One Global in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Managed Services Lead to provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for the organization’s managed services portfolio. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–10 years of IT service delivery/operations experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record managing multi-client, multi-service portfolios.
- Deep understanding of ITIL, cloud services, and managed infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the managed services strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee multiple service delivery streams to ensure high-quality service.
- Monitor SLA/OLA compliance and standardize delivery processes.
- Lead, coach, and develop Service Delivery Managers and technical leads.
