Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a Finance & MIS Manager in Mumbai to work closely with the CFO and management. This role focuses on business finance and financial analysis, not routine accounting.

You will study financial information, derive insights, develop management MIS, strengthen controls and design better finance processes. You will lead financial analysis, build dashboards, support budgeting and forecasting, and drive process improvements across finance, operations and technology

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Finance, MIS, FP&A or similar roles.
• Experience with CFO/senior management collaboration.
• Experience in MIS, budgeting, forecasting and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyse monthly and quarterly P&L, BS and Cash Flows.
• Design, develop and maintain monthly MIS dashboards for CFO and senior management.
• Study existing finance processes and implement improved workflows and controls.
• Review effectiveness of financial controls and strengthen governance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
