The Corporate Institute in Mumbai seeks a Head of M&A, Corporate Finance with 12+ years of experience to lead our financial and strategic initiatives, shape the group’s M&A agenda, and drive sustainable growth across electronics, technology, product and manufacturing sectors.

You will oversee deal origination, valuation, due diligence, integration planning and stakeholder communication, building a high-performing team and delivering measurable value for the organization.

Qualifications

Role Overview:

As the Head M&A, Corporate Finance, based in Mumbai, the role requires a highly experienced Finance & M&A professional to lead and manage the function for a large organization. You will be at the forefront of shaping the strategic direction of the organization including Mergers & Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s financial and strategic goals.
• Lead M&A efforts for the organisation and shape the organisations future.
• Develop and refine the overall group strategy, aligning it with the company’s vision and objectives, to ensure sustainable growth and market leadership.
• Assess the market landscape, identify and execute acquisition opportunities to create sustainable value.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic projects, providing guidance and support, to ensure timely and successful implementation.
• Communicate strategic priorities and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, fostering understanding and buy-in, to drive alignment and support.
• Evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, tracking key metrics and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• CA/CFA/MBA (from a top-tier institution is highly preferred) with minimum 12+ years experience in M&A, Corporate Finance role.
• Experience desired in Electronics/Technology, Product and Manufacturing ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful corporate strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Proven expertise in acquisitions and subsequent integrations.
