Job summary

LUXASIA is a leading beauty omnichannel brand-builder across Asia Pacific. The Retail Operations Manager will provide strategic direction and leadership to the retail operations team, ensuring sales delivery, governance, and stock optimization across a multi-brand store network.

Responsibilities include leading store teams, implementing SOPs, managing risks, and driving CRM, VM, and customer experience initiatives in collaboration with Brand, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Experience managing multi-brand portfolios or multi-store networks, preferably in luxury or beauty retail.
• Strong business acumen with P&L management exposure.
• Proven track record in people leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledgeable in labor laws, outsourcing implications, and people governance.
• Experience in SAP, MIM, or equivalent retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive overall retail P&L performance across assigned brands and store network.
• Develop and execute retail strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead business reviews to analyze performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Provide strategic direction to Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors, and field teams.
• Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to co-create retail calendars, launches, and initiatives.
• Oversee stock health, inventory control, and forecast alignment across stores.
• Lead risk management, audits, and compliance to minimize losses.
