Job summary

Rustan Commercial Corporation in Makati seeks a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead integrated marketing and communications that strengthen the luxury beauty brand and drive business growth. You own the end-to-end marketing calendar, plan product launches, campaigns, client activations and key commercial moments across all channels, blending strategy with execution.

Qualifications

Must be keen in retail marketing.
Must have strong background in marketing communications, marketing services, activation (new store launches) events and product launches.
Must have strong beauty retail background, complemented by a high level of professional maturity.
360° Marketing experience (not just media/PR).
Familiarity with Beaute Research or other research tools

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end marketing calendar including product launches and campaigns.
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications initiatives with performance management.
Oversee forecasting, insights, media, PR, retail marketing and client journey design.
Partner with the business to deliver luxury brand experiences across all touchpoints.
