Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely, accurate, safe, and cost-efficient delivery.
• Drive inventory optimization through models, systems, and cross-functional improvements.
• Oversee warehouse strategy, network design, audits, and performance enhancements.
• Develop and manage transportation strategies, fleet deployment, routing, and modal optimization.
• Establish and improve 3PL partnerships and contracts.
• Optimize logistics costs via financial analysis, forecasting, and trade-offs.
• Design business continuity and risk management plans for logistics.
• Ensure compliant facilities and building management, including audits.
• Lead talent development, engagement, succession planning, and continuous improvement.
• Align logistics with OKRs and overall business objectives.
