Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Loan Product Manager to oversee loan products from concept through rollout and post-launch review, driving revenue growth and ensuring alignment with risk controls. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop programs and evaluate policies for continuous improvement.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and experience with Consumer or Commercial loans. Onsite work is at BGC, Taguig City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan products from conceptualization through post-launch monitoring and product redesign.
• Drive revenue growth and increase product volumes through programs for the bank's loan product offerings.
• Review and evaluate existing policies to ensure alignment and risk mitigation.
• Review and evaluate processes to harmonize practices and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support product development, enhancement, implementation, and monitoring.
